Private, Egyptologist-led journeys through the Pyramids, Luxor, Aswan and the Nile, built around your holiday dates and travelling party.
Egypt is one of the great journeys for Hong Kong travellers who have already seen much of Asia and Europe. The scale of the Pyramids, the temples of Luxor and the quiet of the Nile are unlike anywhere else.
The trip is easier than it looks. A single connection via Dubai, Doha or Istanbul gets you to Cairo in about 14 to 18 hours, and once you arrive our team takes care of everything: transfers, hotels, internal flights, entrance fees and your private guide.
Every journey below is private and flexible. It suits couples, families and friends travelling together, including several generations at once. Hamdy Haggag plans each itinerary personally and replies to messages himself.

Most travellers fly from Hong Kong to Cairo with one connection, usually in Dubai, Doha, Abu Dhabi or Istanbul. Total travel time is typically 14 to 18 hours, depending on the layover. Schedules change, so check current options when you book.
We suggest arriving a day early if your schedule allows, or choosing a flight that lands in the morning so you can rest before the first day of sightseeing. We arrange airport assistance and private transfers.
Egypt is five to six hours behind Hong Kong, a much smaller adjustment than most long-haul trips.
October to April is the best season, with warm, dry days that suit Luxor, Aswan and long hours at the temples. Summer is very hot in Upper Egypt.
The Lunar New Year break, Christmas and Easter fall within or close to this season, so they are popular travel windows. Book several months ahead for those dates, especially for Nile cruises and the best hotels.
A 9 to 10 day itinerary fits well into a holiday break with a few days of leave, while 12 to 14 days gives a more relaxed pace.
Visa rules depend on your passport, whether HKSAR, BNO or another, and they change. Check visa2egypt.gov.eg for the current requirements before you travel, and ask us if you would like help.
Your passport should have at least six months of validity. We arrange hotels, transfers, internal flights, entrance fees and guides, so there is very little to organise yourself.
Tell us about dietary needs or allergies in advance and we will arrange meals to suit. Prices are quoted in US dollars.
Hong Kong travellers often come as multi-generation families or groups of friends. A private journey means one vehicle, one guide and one pace, which keeps grandparents, children and adults comfortable.
We can adjust the daily rhythm, add rest days and choose hotels with family rooms, so the trip works for everyone in your party.
Share your dates and what matters to you. Hamdy replies personally within five hours.
Tell us how you want to feel. We design the rest around you, with a personal reply within 5 hours.
Private access, new journeys and the best seasons to travel. One thoughtful note a month.
